To render a service to contact centre operations by consistently evaluating the quality of services rendered to customers by consultants and agents (frontline staff) with the aim of constantly improving the services provided |

Appointment |
Grade 12 At least two years’ relevant working experience in a customer relations management environment Experience in quality assurance will be an added advantage Computer literacy (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost |
