Job purpose |
To execute administration duties, to coordinate the evaluation of development applications for township applications, rezonings, consent uses, second dwellings, subdivisions and consolidations, to manage a computerised data system, to process statistics and to ensure general office administration |

Appointment requirements |
Grade 12 At least six months’ relevant experience in administrative support services Computer literacy Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost |

Process land use applications Coordinate and ensure the efficient and correct handling of all land use applications Coordinate and ensure the efficient and correct handling of all enquiries from other City departments Coordinate and ensure the efficient and correct handling of enquiries and complaints from developers and the public Administer the processing of all applications as effectively and timeously as possible Advise and educate the public, developers and staff regarding the processing of applications |
