Appointment requirements |
Grade 10 Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel Previous experience of working with IBIS and SAP will be an added advantage At least six months’ experience Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost |

Primary functions |
Ensure inventory and material controls Compile and keep record of the inventory register Issue and change tools and protective clothing Control and keep record of issuing and lending loose tools, protective clothing and equipment Control stock for movement assets Ensure that security and safety rules are obeyed and kept Report all problems on assets to prevent damage Keep the workshop and tool room orderly, clean and tidy Ensuring continuous updating of the mainframe at logistics services Report all workshop and tool room-related needs to the senior administrative officer Keep the senior administrative officer updated on all tasks completed |
