Job purpose |
To render an efficient and effective administrative, financial, personnel, logistics, secretariat, IT and record management support service to the Occupational and Employee Health, Safety and Wellness Section |

Appointment requirements |
Grade 12 At least two years’ relevant working experience in an administrative and financial support environment A valid Code B driving licence Computer literacy – Word and Excel SAP system and e-Procurement system knowledge will be an added advantage Knowledge of the BMC Remedy Mid Tier 9.1 system Arsys-prod (new insurance claim system) will be an added advantage Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost |

Knowledge of the budget-, procurement-, financial-, asset-, record management and personnel procedures and policies and general administration; have a broad knowledge of municipal financial procedures and policies; understand administration principles and supervisory processes |
