Job purpose

To offer external and internal office accommodation services to client departments

 

Appointment 

requirements

Grade 12 

At least six months’ relevant working experience in property industry-related work

A valid Code B driving licence

Physically fit and healthy to conduct site inspections

Computer literacy

Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost

Willingness and ability to work in outdoor and indoor office environments in any of the regions of Tshwane

Willingness and ability to work standby and overtime when necessary

Primary functions

Provide external and internal accommodation services, including parking

Conduct site visits

Capture property data in documents and systems

Provide necessary support to client departments

Conduct property-related research when required

Prepare and circulate documents to relevant stakeholders

Provide project administration assistance to the section

Arrange meetings and logistics

Take minutes and keep record of meeting documents

Keep and maintain department records

Monitor incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls of the section

Execute instructions received from the supervisor for all related tasks regarding office accommodation
