Job purpose |
To render a prosecutorial service in respect of municipal offences and contraventions by competently prosecuting offenders and contraveners in the appointed region |

Appointment requirements |
LLB or other relevant legal degree A postgraduate qualification in law will be an added advantage At least six years’ relevant working experience, of which at least three years should be relevant experience in a criminal court prosecution environment A valid Code B driving licence Computer literacy Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints to be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost |
