            Housing Company Tshwane (HCT) is a municipal entity solely owned by the City of Tshwane mandated with development and management of the social and affordable housing in the City of Tshwane seeks to fill the following position.

SALARY SCALE: 617 233,36- 718 745,42 pa (excluding benefits)

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Matric Certificate/ Grade 12 / Standard 10 or NQF level 4;
  • 3-year Business Administration/ Office Administration or equivalent qualification;
  • 5 years’ experience in managing an executive office;
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • Diary Management;

JOB PURPOSE

 

  • To ensure effective Executive office management functioning of the Entity through undertaking day-to-day administrative functions and providing appropriate support to the Executives.
  • Special liaison with key internal stakeholders for the respective departments and performing generic management functions.

 

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

  1. Provide comprehensive support services to multiple Executives.
  2. Manage complex executive calendars and planning for various meetings.
  3. Efficient meeting administration including preparation of venue and agenda distribution for multiple Executives.
  4. Coordinate all Executive and Management Committee meetings, important events, urgent notices, and target dates.
  5. To render management and strategic support services; Governance (Statutory reporting)
  6. Acting as link between the office and respective departments.
  7. Liaise with City of Tshwane, other Municipal Entities and all stakeholders.
  8. Schedule and prepare meeting venues including ensuring that appropriate equipment is available.
  9. Minute taking and recording of meetings.
  10. Ensure all office equipment maintained and fully functional.
